Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Laundered items will not be accepted.



To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, including a note to that effect will really help us out! Mail your return the following address (preprinted return label is included, but as a backup):

Please Note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return if you want to track it.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed or your exchange has been shipped.



The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items clearly worn and/or laundered.
  • Stained items.
  • Items that have been purchased more than 30 days prior to the return postmark.
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Sale items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
  • Myster Bundles are FINAL SALE and not able to be returned
