RETURN POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ashley Irene Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your return. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
• Worn, washed, stained, or damaged merchandise
• Items marked FINAL SALE
• Mystery Bundles
DAMAGED ITEMS
