Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you so much for your purchase! We truly hope you love your order. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re happy to help with a return.
Returns
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and labels attached. Laundered items cannot be accepted. Returns without proof of purchase and an attached label will not be accepted.
Return Process
To begin a return, please place the item securely in its original packaging along with the completed return form. If your item arrived damaged, including a brief note explaining the issue is greatly appreciated.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed or your exchange has been shipped.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items clearly worn and/or laundered.
- Stained items.
- Items that have been purchased more than 30 days prior to the return postmark.
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

- Sale items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
- Mystery Bundles are FINAL SALE and not able to be returned
