Job Title: Part-Time Sales Extraordinaire

 

Location: Ashley Irene Boutique Mashpee, MA

 

Hours: 6-12 hours per week (more available hours during Holiday & Summer seasons)

 

Pay: $21 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Extraordinaire to join our boutique. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, previous retail experience, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, assisting them in finding the perfect pieces to fit their style and needs.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and new arrivals.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and merchandising.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the boutique’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience is required.
  • Strong passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Preferred Qualifications:

While these are not essential for the role, having the following skills and experiences is a bonus!

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms. This could involve writing posts, designing graphics, or creating videos.
